The Tennessee Walking Horse Room

The Family Room. A queen size bededroom, with an interconnecting door to a twin bedded room, ideal for children or close friends.

The Quarter Horse Room

A Queen size bedded room, southwestern in style with a real cowboy feel.

The Thoroughbred Horse Room

Country English in style, The Thoroughbred Room has a wonderful Queen bed, a day bed and a full bath, DVD player, & Coffee maker.

Rates effective July 1, 2010

- Horse Show Weekends - Two night minimum reservation.
- Rates are for double occupancy
- Rates include a continental breakfast.
- Off Peak extended stay discounts available - please call
- Children are most welcome but must remain under adult supervision AT ALL TIMES.
- Pets are permitted in the rooms but MUST be crated if left unattended.
- Smoking is NOT permitted in the rooms.

Reservations

We require 50% of a multiple night stay to secure reservations. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Cancellation Policies

As a small business, last minute cancellations affect us significantly.  No shows will be charged for the entire reservation.  Multiple day reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.  (IE:  Any reservation made during the busy horse show season will be non-refundable.) 

Dogs wellcome,$6 a day charge in room, must be crated when left alone, free stall for dogs when available. 

Rooms left in an excessively messy state will incur an additional charge of  $25 upwards, (at manager's discretion). Dogs on duvets cost $65 to clean and steam cleaners cost $45 per hour. This charge will be added to the reserving credit card.
